During the events of the Ramayana, when the battle between Lord Rama and Ravana was ongoing, Ravana's son, Meghnad (also known as Indrajit), was a very powerful warrior. One day, he shot a powerful arrow at Lakshmana, seriously wounding and rendering him unconscious. Seeing this, Lord Rama and his army became very worried.
The royal physician Sushena was called, and he examined Lakshmana. Sushena informed that to save Lakshmana's life, they needed the Sanjeevani herb, which could be found on the Himalayas. With the help of the Sanjeevani herb, Lakshmana's treatment was possible.
Hanuman immediately resolved to bring the Sanjeevani herb and flew towards the Himalayas. Upon reaching the Himalayas, he saw many herbs and had difficulty identifying the Sanjeevani herb. Considering the urgency, Hanuman decided to lift the entire mountain. Using his incredible strength, he lifted the entire mountain and brought it back to the battlefield. Physician Sushena then extracted the Sanjeevani herb from the mountain and treated Lakshmana.
Due to the effect of the Sanjeevani herb, Lakshmana immediately recovered and was ready for battle again. Hanuman's bravery and devotion impressed everyone.
This story teaches us that true devotion, courage, and dedication can solve any difficulty. Hanuman's loyalty and strength saved Lakshmana's life and secured victory for Rama's army in the battle.
